Servings and Ingredients
|4||(8 oz each) halibut steaks|
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee light Italian dressing|
|4 tbsp.||Hy-Vee seasoned breadcrumbs|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese|
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Dip each steak into dressing to coat; place on greased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and cheese. Top each steak with breadcrumb mixture to coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
