    4Roma tomatoes
    2 tbsp.black olives, chopped
    2 tsp.Spice Islands minced onions
    ½ tsp.Spice Islands garlic powder
    2 tsp.Spice Islands basil leaf
    2 tbsp.olive oil
    3 tbsp.lemon juice
    ¼ c.white wine
    4(6 to 8 oz each) halibut steaks
    ½ c.feta cheese, crumbled

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Combine tomatoes, olives, onions, garlic, basil, olive oil, lemon juice and white wine in a medium bowl; set aside.
    3. Place halibut in a non-stick baking pan. Top with tomato mixture; sprinkle feta cheese over tomatoes. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice pilaf.
