Crunchy Pecan Ring

½ c. margarine | ||
½ to 1 c. chopped pecans | ||
¾ c. brown sugar, firmly packed | ||
¼ c. maple syrup | ||
2 (10 oz each) refrigerated biscuits |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 12-cup Bundt pan.
- In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in pecans, brown sugar and maple syrup.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the sugar mixture into greased Bundt pan.
- Separate refrigerated biscuits. Stand biscuits on edge, slightly overlapping, around the pan.
- Pour remaining sugar mixture over biscuits. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
- Cool 3 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
