    4 (3 to 4 oz each) fresh or frozen salmon fillets, 1-inch thick
    ½ tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning or fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 small oranges, thinly sliced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
    2. Sprinkle fish with seasoning and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle fish with soy sauce. Arrange orange slices on top of the fish.
    3. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    4. Serve with Couscous Broccoli Dish for a budget-friendly meal.
