    ¼ c. Hy-Vee bread crumbs
    ¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. chopped rotisserie chicken
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee pasta sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    6 hard rolls
    1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee green beans, cooked
    6 oranges, sliced

    Directions

    1. In plastic resealable bag, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    2. Stir cut-up chicken into beaten egg; add chicken to bread crumb mixture.
    3. Seal bag and shake until chicken is coated with bread crumbs.
    4. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; brown chicken in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
    5. Add pasta sauce and bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cheese is melted.
    6. Serve with rolls, green beans and oranges.
