    4 pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
    ¼ c. sliced green onion
    1 tbsp. grated orange peel
    ¼ c. orange juice
    ¼ tsp. dried basil

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add pork chops and brown on one side over medium-high heat.
    2. Turn chops and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
