In a large bowl, place avocado, lime and orange juices, cumin, chili powder and sea salt. Mash until desired chunky consistency. Fold in red onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Season with more salt, if desired.

- Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Refrigerate in a covered bowl with the plastic wrap touching the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning.
