    4 (10-inch each) Hy-Vee burrito-size flour tortillas
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded Mexican cheese
    ½ small green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
    2 c. chopped romaine lettuce

    Directions

    1. Prepare chorizo-style sausages according to package directions. Slice on the diagonal into 1/2-inch slices.
    2. Top each flour tortilla with rice, chorizo-style sausage, cheese, green pepper, red onion and lettuce. Fold into burrito.
