1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder, optional | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee mild chunky salsa | ||
8 Flatout light original flatbreads, warmed | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
- Stir in chili powder, spinach and salsa.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of beef onto each flatbread and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll up burrito-style.
