    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder, optional
    1 (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee mild chunky salsa
    8 Flatout light original flatbreads, warmed
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
    2. Stir in chili powder, spinach and salsa.
    3. Spoon 1/2 cup of beef onto each flatbread and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll up burrito-style.
