1 (12 oz) pkg pre-cooked chicken strips | ||

1 (1.5 oz) envelope Hy-Vee taco seasoning mix | ||
1 ¾ c. Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans | ||
8 (10-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese | ||
½ c. sliced green onions |
Directions
- Place chicken strips, water and taco seasoning mix in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until thick.
- Stir in refried beans. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Wrap tortillas in paper towels and heat in microwave oven on HIGH for 1 minute.
- Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, cheese and green onion. Fold into burritos.
