    1 (12 oz) pkg pre-cooked chicken strips
    1 c. water
    1 (1.5 oz) envelope Hy-Vee taco seasoning mix
    1 ¾ c. Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans
    8 (10-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese
    ½ c. sliced green onions

    Directions

    1. Place chicken strips, water and taco seasoning mix in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to low, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until thick.
    3. Stir in refried beans. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
    4. Wrap tortillas in paper towels and heat in microwave oven on HIGH for 1 minute.
    5. Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla.
    6. Top with lettuce, cheese and green onion. Fold into burritos.
