    2 tsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 bunch(es) green onions, green and white parts sliced
    1 (15 ounce) can Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    8 (8-inch) Hy-Vee fajita-sized flour tortillas
    2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and coarsely chopped, divided
    1 (10 ounce) can Hy-Vee premium breast of chicken, drained and flaked, divided
    1 (8 ounce) package Hy-Vee shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
    Hy-Vee HealthMarket pineapple salsa, for serving


    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook red bell pepper and green onions for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened.
    2. Add beans and orange juice; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until beans are heated through.
    3. Wrap tortillas in paper towels and warm in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften.
    4. Spread heaping 1/4 cup beans down the center of each tortilla. Top each with 3 tbsp chicken, orange pieces and 1/4 cup cheese.
    5. Roll up tortillas and place in a greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until burritos are heated through, tortillas are crisp and cheese is melted.
    6. Serve with pineapple salsa.
