Directions
Melt chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over pureed avocado mixture in food processor. Pulse until mixture is combined and smooth.
Place mixture in the fridge to set for 30 minutes. Once mixture has firmed up, remove from refridgerator and make truffles by rolling a tablespoon at a time into 10 (1-inch each) balls. Sprinkle a few flakes of sea salt on each truffle, if desired. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
