Directions
Meanwhile, toss peaches with maple syrup, lemon juice, and salt together in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peach mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally about 10 minutes or until caramelized. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Top cooked pizza crust with caramelized peaches. If desired, garnish with fresh mint and a drizzle of vanilla yogurt.
