    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Chobani plain Greek yogurt
    Caramelized Peach Topping
    6 peaches, ripe, pitted, and cut into wedges
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee 100%-pure maple syrup
    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    ½ tsp. kosher salt
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    Fresh mint, for garnish
    Chobani vanilla yogurt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Knead until a ball forms. Pat or roll out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown around the edges. 

    2. Meanwhile, toss peaches with maple syrup, lemon juice, and salt together in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peach mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally about 10 minutes or until caramelized. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. 

    3. Top cooked pizza crust with caramelized peaches. If desired, garnish with fresh mint and a drizzle of vanilla yogurt.
