Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
This delicious fruit pizza has a cookie crust and is filled with vanilla pudding. For an easy fruit topping, use your favorite Short Cuts pre-chopped fruit.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (16.5-oz.) tube Hy-Vee refrigerated sugar cookie dough|
|1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee instant vanilla pudding|
|2 c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk|
|Hy-Vee Short Cuts fruit|

- 12-inch tart or pie pan
- Medium bowl
Press sugar cookie dough into a 12-inch tart or pizza pan leaving a 1/2-inch-thick crust around the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are set and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Place contents of vanilla pudding package into a medium bowl. Add cold milk and whisk 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour pudding into cooled tart. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, decorate tart with fruit.
