|½ c. Hy-Vee butter, cold|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon, divided|
|6 c. sliced, peeled peaches|
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee old-fashioned rolled oats|
|½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground nutmeg|
|⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cloves or allspice|
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using stick of butter, butter a 9-inch-square baking dish. Set butter aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon. Add peaches; toss to coat. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together oats, flour, brown sugar, nutmeg, cloves and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Using clean hands, work in butter until well combined. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden.
