Crumb Topping: | ||
1 c. rolled oats | ||
¼ c. coconut palm sugar | ||
½ c. almond flour | ||
1 tbsp. cinnamon | ||
sea salt | ||
3 tbsp. coconut oil | ||
½ c. chopped walnuts | ||
Fruit Filling: | ||
3 (12 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee frozen blackberries | ||
¼ c. coconut palm sugar | ||
1 tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 tsp. orange zest | ||
¼ c. fresh orange juice |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine crumb topping ingredients. Set aside.
- Combine fruit filling ingredients and arrange in baking dish.
- Spread crumb mixture over berries. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
