½ c. McCormick Golden Dipt fish ’n chips seafood batter mix
⅓ c. water
⅓ c. air fryer seasoned coating mix for chicken
Green onions, for garnish
Hy-Vee Short Cuts celery sticks, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer’s directions. Stir together 3 Tbsp. each of bang bang sauce and barbecue sauce in a large bowl; set aside.

  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large resealable plastic bag. Whisk together batter mix and water in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour batter over cauliflower; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat cauliflower with batter. Add coating mix to bag; seal bag. Gently turn bag to evenly coat.

  3. Remove cauliflower from bag. Working in batches, place coated cauliflower in a single layer in air fryer basket. Generously spray with cooking spray. Air-fry for 10 to 12 minutes* or until crisp, gently shaking air fryer basket and spraying with additional cooking spray halfway through.

  4. Transfer cauliflower to sauce mixture in bowl; gently stir to coat. Return cauliflower to air fryer basket; air-fry for 4 to 5 minutes* more or until crisp and golden.

  5. To serve, garnish with green onions, if desired. Serve with celery sticks and additional bang bang sauce and barbecue sauce.
