Preheat a charcoal or gas grill, with greased grill grates, to medium-high heat.
We grabbed our not-so-secret Culinary Tours Bang Bang Sauce to make these burgers taste incredible! Not only is it in the actual burger, but we used it to dress the broccoli slaw, too.

|1||(1-lbs.) pkg. 90% lean ground beef|
|¾ c.||Culinary Tours Bang Bang Sauce|
|½||(12-oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw|
|4||Hy-Vee Bakery burger buns|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Large bowl
- Meat thermometer
- Medium bowl
Add ground beef to a large bowl and mix in 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce until well combined; season with salt and pepper. Shape burgers into 4 equal patties and slightly press your thumb into the center of the burgers to create an indent.
Add burgers to greased grill grates. Grill 10 to 12 minutes or until desired doneness is reached, flipping once halfway through. Remove burgers from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
While burgers rest, mix together broccoli slaw with remaining 1/4 cup Bang Bang sauce; set aside. Split bakery buns; top bottom bun with burger and then broccoli slaw mixture. Top with bun tops and serve immediately.
