|1 tbsp. garlic, minced|
|1 c. Culinary Tours bang bang sauce, divided|
|¼ c. fresh lime juice|
|2 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped and divided|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt|
|8 (3-oz.) Hy-Vee Natural Raw Shrimp Skewers|
|4 green onions, bias sliced|
|1 mini sweet red bell pepper, sliced; for garnish|

Combine minced garlic, ¼ cup bang bang sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon parsley, and salt in a medium bowl. Marinate shrimp skewers in mixture for 10 minutes.
Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Grill shrimp skewers 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp is pink and cooked through (145 degrees).
Brush skewers with ¼ cup bang bang sauce; use remaining ½ cup for dipping. Garnish with sliced green onions, remaining 1 tablespoon parsley, and sliced mini bell pepper, if desired.
