    1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee veggie spaghetti
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    1 Hy-Vee large egg, beaten
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Hy-Vee low-fat cottage cheese
    1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee pasta sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in butter until melted. Add egg and Parmesan cheese; mix thoroughly. Spread pasta mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Top with cottage cheese, leaving 1/2-inch pasta showing around edge. Spread pasta sauce over cottage cheese and top with mozzarella.
    3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into sections.
