1 (6.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pizza crust mix | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee refried beans | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded lettuce | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Colby jack cheese | ||
1 medium tomato, diced | ||
3 green onions, thinly sliced | ||
1 (2.5 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
Hy-Vee sour cream, for serving | ||
Hy-Vee Select corn and bean salsa, for serving |
Directions
- Layer lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives. Cut into 12 squares. Serve with sour cream and salsa on top.
- Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Combine cream cheese and taco seasoning and spread over the pizza crust. Spread beans over cream cheese mixture.
