Vegetable Ranch Pizza
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(13.8 oz) pkg Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust|
|1||(8 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened|
|1||(1 oz) pkg Hidden Valley Ranch mix|
|1 c.||chopped broccoli|
|1 c.||chopped carrots|
|1 c.||Monterey sliced white mushrooms|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll pizza crust onto cookie sheet and press into 10-by-14-inch rectangle. Bake for 15 to 16 minutes or until deep golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch mix until smooth. Spread on pizza crust. Top with broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and cheese.
- Refrigerate until serving time or serve immediately.
