|2 tsp. Gustare Vita olive oil, divided|
|1 lbs. Hy-Vee boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|1 medium onion, chopped|
|1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped|
|1 small zucchini, sliced|
|16 slice(s) turkey pepperoni, chopped|
|1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee pizza sauce|
|Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, optional|
|Hy-Vee red pepper flakes, optional|
|Fresh basil, chopped, optional|

Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil to the skillet. Heat over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper and zucchini; cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are softened, about 5 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet and stir in pepperoni, pizza sauce and reserved cooking water. Heat through. Toss with cooked noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and fresh basil, if desired.
