    1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 large green pepper or sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
    ⅓ c. chopped onion
    1 (3 oz) pkg sliced pepperoni, cut into strips
    1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee spaghetti sauce
    ½ (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee spaghetti
    1 c. shredded Hy-Vee mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

    Directions

    1. In large sauce pan over medium heat, heat oil; add peppers and onion. Cook five minutes or until peppers and onion are tender, stirring occasionally.
    2. Add spaghetti sauce and pepperoni; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer five minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
    4. Toss hot pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
