3 oz. Hy-Vee elbow macaroni
1 c. Hy-Vee frozen whole kernel corn
1 c. Hy-Vee salsa
½ c. green pepper, chopped
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat corn, salsa, green pepper and tomatoes to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in macaroni.
