1 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained | ||
1 packet(s) Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
½ medium tomato, chopped | ||
½ green pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
½ medium onion, chopped | ||
1 c. western style dressing | ||
1 c. shredded Hy-Vee cheddar cheese, optional |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well and set aside.
- Add taco seasoning to beef and prepare according to taco seasoning directions. Cool taco meat.
- Mix cooled pasta, taco meat and remaining ingredients together. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
