    ½ (12 ounce) package Hy-Vee rotini
    1 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 packet(s) Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    ½ medium tomato, chopped
    ½ green pepper, seeded and chopped
    ½ medium onion, chopped
    1 c. western style dressing
    1 c. shredded Hy-Vee cheddar cheese, optional

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well and set aside.
    2. Add taco seasoning to beef and prepare according to taco seasoning directions. Cool taco meat.
    3. Mix cooled pasta, taco meat and remaining ingredients together. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
