Season Meat
Top steaks with oil and your favorite seasonings. Gently and evenly distribute seasonings on all sides.Preheat Skillet and Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add 1 tablespoon Gustare Vita olive oil to a cast iron skillet and heat on stovetop until shimmering.Sear, Then Oven-Roast
Add steaks to the skillet and sear for 1 minute on each side. Quickly transfer skillet to the oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until steak reaches desired doneness.Test for Doneness
Insert an instant-read meat thermometer into the side of each steak — 130 degrees for medium-rare or 140 degrees for medium doneness.Let Meat Rest
Transfer steaks to a cutting board and cover. Let rest for 5 minutes while internal heat continues to cook the meat.Serve
Serve steaks with your favorite sauces. Try one of our sauces that take 10 minutes or less to make: Red Wine Sauce, Peppercorn-Brandy Cream Sauce or Parmesan Gremolata.
