|⅔ c. Hy-Vee no-salt-added beef broth|
|½ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream|
|1 ½ tsp. coarsely ground black peppercorns|

Add brandy to skillet. Bring to a simmer, scraping bottom of skillet. Simmer until reduced to about 1 tablespoon.
Add beef broth, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until reduced by half. Add whipping cream; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until reduced to about 1/3 cup. Stir in coarsely ground black peppercorns.
