    4 lbs. beef stew meat
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. diced celery
    2 can(s) beef broth
    2 can(s) beefy mushroom soup
    1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 packet(s) baby carrots
    2 can(s) mixed vegetables


    1. In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, onion, celery, beef broth, beefy mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, potatoes and carrots.
    2. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
    3. Add mixed vegetables and heat through before serving.
