Vegetable Beef Soup 2

|4 lbs.||beef stew meat|
|1||large onion, diced|
|1 c.||diced celery|
|2 can(s)||beef broth|
|2 can(s)||beefy mushroom soup|
|1 can(s)||cream of chicken soup|
|6||medium potatoes, peeled and diced|
|1 packet(s)||baby carrots|
|2 can(s)||mixed vegetables|
- In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, onion, celery, beef broth, beefy mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, potatoes and carrots.
- Cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
- Add mixed vegetables and heat through before serving.
