Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a large rimmed baking pan with nonstick coating. Separate refrigerated rolls. Slightly push up the center spirals of each roll for the turkey head and place rolls 2 in. apart on the prepared baking pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack; cool.

Directions
Place icing from rolls in a small prep dish; stir in orange food coloring. Lightly spread icing on top of each roll.
Break or cut bacon lengthwise into thinner pieces. Stick bacon pieces up along the edge of one side of each roll for tail feathers. Attach candy eyeballs with orange icing. Add a candy corn to each for a beak. Cut a dried cranberry into the shape of a wattle, and dried mango slices into the shape of feet; attach to each roll.
