Roll dough into a 24x12-inch rectangle. Spread butter over dough and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Roll into a log and pinch ends together. Cut dough into 14 even pieces. Place in prepared 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and lightly floured; let rise in a warm draft-free place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Hyvee Culinary Expert TipTo freeze dough: Shape dough as desired. Instead of letting rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge and allow to rise for 2 hours. Once dough has doubled in size, bake according to recipe instructions.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and cool completely on a wire cooling rack. Drizzle with Hy-Vee cream cheese frosting, if desired.
