Peach Cinnamon Rolls

5 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 c. water | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee corn starch | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces | ||
1 (12.4 oz) tube Hy-Vee cinnamon rolls, with icing included |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium saucepan, stir together peaches, sugar, water and corn starch. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour peach mixture into an ungreased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans.
- Evenly place cinnamon rolls on top of pecans in baking dish. Discard icing.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
