    1 (26 oz) can cream of chicken soup, plus ingredients called for on the can
    10 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 oz) can chunk chicken in water, drained and chopped
    ½ (16 oz) thick and chunky medium salsa
    corn chips, for serving
    shredded cheddar cheese, for serving

    Directions

    1. Prepare cream of chicken soup as directed on can, in a medium heavy saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Melt Velveeta cheese into soup, stirring often. Add chicken.
    3. Add a small amount of salsa; stir in additional salsa according to taste.
    4. To serve, ladle soup into serving bowls. Cover with corn chips and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
