¾ c. ricotta cheese | ||
1 c. plain Greek yogurt | ||
4 tbsp. super fine sugar | ||
1 tbsp. espresso powder dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water | ||
Milk chocolate curls, for garnish |
Directions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly and adding a few drops of oil to smooth the texture if necessary.
- Put a dollop of chocolate into each phyllo cup. Set aside.
- In a mixer bowl blend the ricotta cheese, yogurt and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla, dissolved espresso and cinnamon.
- Put approximately 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each shell and garnish with chocolate curls. Chill until serving.
