    1 tsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    4 Hormel Always Tender 1-1/4-inch thick-cut pork loin chops
    Hy-Vee aluminum foil

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, stir together seasoning and sour cream.
    2. Evenly divide sour cream mixture between pork chops. Rub in seasoning mixture, making sure to coat pork chops completely.
    3. Place rubbed pork chop onto a large square of foil. Wrap foil around chop to enclose, sealing seams and forming a packet.
    4. Refrigerate packets for 3 to 4 hours to marinate flavors.
    5. Grill over medium heat in packets for 6 minutes. Turn and grill an additional 6 minutes.
    6. Remove chops from foil, place on grill and cook 1 minute. Turn and grill an additional minute.
