Directions
- Combine sour cream, oil, horseradish, garlic and pepper in a resealable bag. Add steaks. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove steaks from bag; discard marinade. Broil on HIGH for 6 minutes; turn. Broil an additional 5 minutes.
