    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee horseradish
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4 (6 oz each) sirloin steaks

    Directions

    1. Combine sour cream, oil, horseradish, garlic and pepper in a resealable bag. Add steaks. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
    2. Remove steaks from bag; discard marinade. Broil on HIGH for 6 minutes; turn. Broil an additional 5 minutes.
