    ½ lbs. boneless pork
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz) bag Birds Eye frozen pepper stir-fry
    1 tbsp. water
    1 (14 oz) jar sweet-and-sour sauce
    1 can(s) water-packed pineapple chunks, drained

    Directions

    1. Cut pork into thin strips. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry until pork is browned.
    2. Add vegetables and water; cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    3. Uncover; stir in sweet-and-sour sauce and pineapple. Cook until heated through.
