Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Stir-In
Servings and Ingredients
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen whole strawberries|
|4 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened|
|2 Hy-Vee honey graham crackers, broken into pieces|
- Prepare ice cream according to Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream directions.
- Meanwhile, lightly process frozen strawberries in food processor until berries are in small bite-size pieces.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese to ice cream and mix with blender until smooth. Gently stir in strawberries and graham cracker pieces. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze until ready to eat.
