Peanut Butter Crunch Ice Cream
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (1.75 qt) container Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, slightly softened|
|1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed|
|12 coarsely crumbled Hy-Vee bakery peanut butter cookies with Reese's Pieces|
- Place slightly softened ice cream in a large bowl. Working quickly, fold in whipped topping until completely incorporated. Fold in crumbled cookies. Serve immediately or return to freezer until ready to serve.
