    2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
    1 lbs. top sirloin steaks
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Remove skin from garlic cloves. Place on piece of foil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap foil around garlic and roast in 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until soft.
    2. Combine roasted garlic, butter and thyme; set aside.
    3. Meanwhile, season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks 13 to 18 minutes or until desired doneness, turning halfway though grilling time. Immediately spread garlic-thyme butter over steaks when removed from grill.
