Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium-high heat.

Servings and Ingredients
|1||(2-1/2-to-3-lbs.) head red cabbage|
|½ c.||bottled Caesar salad vinaigrette|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Caesar croutons, finely crushed|
|Fresh oregano leaves, for garnish|

Peel outter leaves from cabbage. Stand cabbage up and cut into 1-inch thick slices, retaining core so cabbage holds together.
Brush both sides of cabbage slices with vinaigrette. Grille for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly charred. Carefully turn over and grill for another 5 to 7 minutes more or until outer leaves are softened and center is crisp-tender.
Transfer to serving platter. Sprinkle with crushed croutons. Garnish with oregano, if desired.
