    Ingredients
    Serves 2
    QuantityIngredientAdd
    2 T-bone steaks
    ¼ c. chipotle lime marinade
    Chipotle Butter:
    ½ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
1 tbsp. finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

    Directions

    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine steaks and marinade. Refrigerate 4 hours.
    2. To make chipotle butter, in a small bowl combine butter and chipotle pepper. Place on parchment paper or plastic wrap, rolling paper up to form log, twisting ends. Refrigerate until serving.
    3. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
    4. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks for 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (145 degrees) or 12 to 15 minutes for medium (160 degrees), turning once through cooking. Place 1 tablespoon Chipotle Butter on each steak, reserving the rest for another use. Let steaks rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
