If you love that chipotle flavor, here is a quick way to make your own creamy, spicy goodness.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 c.||Heinz mayonnaise|
|¼ c.||Heinz tomato ketchup|
|2 tsp.||canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced|
|1||(1 oz) packet fajita seasoning mix|
|1 lbs.||lean ground beef|
|¾ c.||shredded hot pepper cheese|
- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, pepper and seasoning mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Cook on high heat setting in microwave for 1 minute. In another medium bowl, mix together ground beef, cheese and 1/4 cup of sauce mixture. Shape into 4 patties.
- In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat, cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Serve hot with remaining sauce mixture.
