    2 c. Slow-Cooker Pulled Chicken, warmed
    ½ c. Ying’s spicy noodle sauce, warmed
    1 c. thinly shredded red cabbage
    2 medium baby bella mushrooms, thinly sliced
    4 medium red radishes, thinly sliced
    4 Hy-Vee peeled & ready to eat hard boiled eggs, halved
    1 sheet sushi nori, cut into thin strips
    Cilantro, for garnish
    Coarsely ground Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Prepare and microwave each pho noodle soup bowl according to pkg. directions. Cover heated bowls to keep warm.

    2. Meanwhile, stir together Slow-Cooker Pulled Chicken and noodle sauce in a medium bowl to coat.

    3. To serve, top each noodle bowl with cabbage, chicken mixture, mushrooms, radishes, eggs and nori. Garnish with cilantro, if desired. Season to taste with black pepper.
