    1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 celery, chopped
    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    ¼ c. finely crushed Hy-Vee cornflakes

    Directions

    1. Prepare Kluski noodles according to package directions.

    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and cook chicken, onion, and celery until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

    3. Mix together soup and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in noodles and chicken. Season with pepper. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with cornflakes.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
