|¼ c. water|
|2 c. Hy-Vee instant brown rice|
|1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% milk reduced-fat Cheddar cheese|
|Desired toppings, such as: salsa, black olives, avocados, and/or plain Greek yogurt|

Warm chicken and taco seasoning in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add water and cook until water has absorbed.
To assemble bowls, layer 1/2 cup rice, 1/4 chicken mixture, black beans, cheese, and desired toppings such as salsa, black olives, avocados, and/or plain Greek yogurt into 4 serving bowls.
