4 Hy-Vee fully cooked crispy chicken tenders, heated according to pkg. directions and cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee medium salsa | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained | ||
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish |

Directions
For pizza crust: Combine crust mix and hot water in medium bowl; stir 30 strokes with fork or until well blended. Shape dough into ball. If dough is too sticky, add 1 to 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Press dough into prepared pan. Generously prick dough with fork. Bake on lowest oven rack for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Top pizza with salsa, cheese, chicken, tomatoes with chilies, and black beans. Return to oven and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over pizza and serve immediately.
