    1 (17.6-oz.) bottle Gustare Vita Arrabbiata pasta sauce
    1 c. Gustare Vita tomato passata
    8 Gustare Vita organic lasagna noodles
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil, optional
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee ground mild Italian pork sausage
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped white onions
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    1 large egg yolk, lightly beaten
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee whole milk ricotta cheese
    3 tbsp. fresh Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
    1 ½ tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    2 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
    Fresh basil, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 10x10-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Combine pasta sauce and passata; spread 1/2 cup in baking dish. Set aside. 

    2. Cook noodles according to package directions until nearly al dente. Drain and rinse, toss with canola oil if desired. Place in single layer on paper towels. Set aside. 

    3. Cook sausage, onions, and crushed pepper in skillet over medium-high heat until meat is browned. Drain. Stir in 3/4 cup sauce mixture. Combine egg yolk, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses, parsley, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir in 1-1/4 cups mozzarella cheese; spread over noodles. Top with meat mixture. Starting from a narrow end, roll up each noodle. Arrange on sauce in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce mixture on rolls.

    4. Bake, covered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with basil, if desired.
