    1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
    1 medium pear, cubed
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 c. red grapes
    ½ c. diced prunes
    ⅓ c. toasted walnuts*
    1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    ¼ tsp. cinnamon
    ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine orange, pear, banana, grapes, prunes and walnuts*.
    2. In a separate small bowl, combine yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well.
    3. Combine dressing with fruit. Toss well. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
    4. *To toast walnuts, spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
