1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned | ||
1 medium pear, cubed | ||
2 medium bananas, sliced | ||
1 c. red grapes | ||
½ c. diced prunes | ||
⅓ c. toasted walnuts* | ||
1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt | ||
¼ tsp. cinnamon | ||
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine orange, pear, banana, grapes, prunes and walnuts*.
- In a separate small bowl, combine yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well.
- Combine dressing with fruit. Toss well. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
- *To toast walnuts, spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
