Description

Not just any fruit salad, this recipe blends OJ, marmalade, agave, and ginger to make an exotic-tasting dressing. Use it to liven up a bowl of berries, grapes, pineapple, or any blend of fresh fruit.

1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 c. red, green or black seedless grapes
¾ c. pineapple-orange-banana juice or orange juice
¼ c. Hy-Vee orange marmalade
¼ c. agave nectar
2 tsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger
2 bananas

Directions

  1. In large serving bowl, combine pineapple, kiwifruit and grapes.
  2. In small bowl, stir together juice, marmalade, agave nectar and ginger. Pour over fruit in bowl. Toss to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Just before serving, slice bananas, add to bowl and gently toss together.
